Hello again Quantum Formalists!
As we approach the release of the second MTFA lecture introducing sigma algebras, some of you may find it helpful to review the first lecture of our Topology & Differential Geometry crash course, which covered the notion of a topology on a set:
Feeling comfortable/familiar with the abstract definition of a topology on a set could help you deal with the notion of sigma algebras! Indeed, sigma algebras can be generated from existing topologies, e.g. Borel sigma Algebras.
Anyway, just a quick review suggestion before the release of the second lecture on Monday (midnight UK time).
